Made baked potatoes and corn of the cob to go with it. Popped in some fronzen dinner rolls as well.
Was good, but she needs to work on her timing. It was more medium than the rare/medium rare I prefer. But she learned to make a Wisco Old Fashioned, so bonus points there.
All in all, 7/10. Told her she needs to either learn by feel or use a temp probe. She lucked out and these were still flavorful and juicy, not all steaks are that forgiving...and ruining a ribeye is a sin.
