Steak dinner last night

Nothing fancy. Cooked rare to medium rare. I bought a roast and cut a few of them thick a while ago and froze them. Can’t remember what type but believe it was choice strip. Used Montreal steak seasoning on the steaks and McCormick garlic and herb on the veggies.

It’s my go to steak seasoning. Also sprinkle a little bit on top after putting your rub on your brisket and it adds more texture and flavor to your bark.

Speaking of seasoning try this! This one is becoming another favorite of mine. The smell while cooking is crazy;)

Dinner looks great, nice steaks/veggies!

We love our steaks with grilled veggies too, lot'sa squash/zucchini, asparagus and eggplant too.
But when it comes to steak, I just gotta have one or two big'ol grilled/spices Jalapeno chiles with mine.

I'm not a fan of the McCormick's Montreal Steak seasoning, but their Montreal Chicken seasoning is fantastic.

I’ve never had their chicken seasoning. I got to give it a try.
