Well shucks...another one I missed and am late to the party again. Great way to re-purpose the boxed stuff for sure. We keep a pretty nice stash of that stuff around for exact situations...well sort of, that you found yourself in. A good meal without a trip to the store. A lot of that boxed stuff is really good, especially if you add a bit of stuff to make it your own. The homemade sausage really adds to it though!! Great job and a really good looking meal Joe.
