Starting up in MN

Hi all, my name is Chad and I'm in the Minnesota metro area. I'm not entirely new to smoking (my dad was a big fan) but I am stepping up my game. My father-in-law and I just went in on a MES40 together and so far it has produced some excellent pork chops! Looking forward to getting my venison back from processing to start getting some of that going. 

Also, I wanted to say thanks to Todd again for letting me stop by the warehouse directly to get a AMN pellet smoker and a whole bunch of pellets. It was good to meet the guy who's made so many people on this forum so happy.

Looking forward to providing some pictures of final results and learning a lot along the way from all of you.
