So I finally got a whole day off & thought why not do some pulled pork.

That my friend is the pork shoulder. Around 5lbs. I was going to take earlier pis as I started to show it but my batteries were dead. Kinda looks like a large tenderloin huh
 
god I hope!! Im getting drunk & hungry! Bad combo. Nice to see kingman on the forums though. Is it windy there too

ok i give? Im just hoping im at the stall? Ive had it foiled for hours & it was at 177 now its down to 173? smokers at 225 but its been hours? Am i doing something wrong here or is this just a very long stall?
 
Thats true wildflower.

The abts were probaly the best I ever made with cream cheese, green chili's & monterey. The corn was out of bounds.I made a chili/cilantro butter that went on them & it was awesome!!

Now that looks good and yes a day with pork is a good day. Thats a great way to spend a nice day off outside with some cool ones and smoking some good meat.
 
Looks good. So on the ATB's did you blend the Cream cheese, green Chile and Monterey together or do you layer it?
