Looks like your off to a great start...looking forward for the finish.

could have more bark, but I'take it at this point
I am super curious dude. Well, first of all, great job as usual. Now, what cut of pork is that you smoked sir??
That my friend is the pork shoulder. Around 5lbs. I was going to take earlier pis as I started to show it but my batteries were dead. Kinda looks like a large tenderloin huh
It looks like a tenderloin on steroids. LOL. I would really like to know how it pulls.
Looks real good Terry. Might be over in about 1 hr...
god I hope!! Im getting drunk & hungry! Bad combo. Nice to see kingman on the forums though. Is it windy there too
Cave, Ill post the pics when i pull it
Yea we have had 10-15mi winds today but warm...
Have my own weather station in the back yard...
ok i give? Im just hoping im at the stall? Ive had it foiled for hours & it was at 177 now its down to 173? smokers at 225 but its been hours? Am i doing something wrong here or is this just a very long stall?
well all in all not my best but still good
any PIG is good PIG
Thats true wildflower.
The abts were probaly the best I ever made with cream cheese, green chili's & monterey. The corn was out of bounds.I made a chili/cilantro butter that went on them & it was awesome!!
Now that looks good and yes a day with pork is a good day. Thats a great way to spend a nice day off outside with some cool ones and smoking some good meat.
Holy crap! That looks tasty.
Looks good. So on the ATB's did you blend the Cream cheese, green Chile and Monterey together or do you layer it?
Mixed it by hand. They were awesome
