Hello all! Nybname is Darrin and i just started a BBQ business that I'm going to cater to specialized sports events. Mt bike races mostly through the race season. As well as moto cross events bow shoots etc. I had a reverse flow smoker built by a local metal fab shop. I will hopefully be calibrating it by next week. She's big 7 foot by 30 in deep with a 2 ft fire box. She's pretty but still needs paint. Can't wait to get some meat on her.
