Hello all,
I am 36 years old from Tyler, TX USA
I am excited to be here and have already learned a ton from you all! I just got my first smoker and I am already addicted to it! The smell, the sight of the meat as it changes! I have no idea yet what I am doing, but I haven't burned anything down yet.
I bought a Masterbuilt 40 in. electric smoker and started out with some spare ribs. Using hickory chips and I am already salivating. I am about an hour into it and I can't wait to see what happens.
I am all about learning as much as I can and I have been impressed by how most are willing to help anyone with just about anything. Keep up the good work...folks like me need it!
