also got some butter in there too, so far the butter been hanging in there, Im going to removed them in hour, So far its been 45 minutes for the butter
This is my second one, sold my first one. A friend have one sitting in her garage that was like new. I bought it. I love these smokers. I think your smoker would be more exciting with bacon, then cheese...lol
I've had this one for 7-8 years. My only complaint is really low temp 100*-160* I really have to babysit it, or use an electric hot plate. We did three loads of cheese the last month for Christmas presents! The Canadian Bacon will be part of that too. Been using the 18" AMNTS for smoke lately and really like it.
