Did 4 racks of St. Louis style ribs from Costco today . 2 racks had salt , pepper, and worcestershire sauce. 1 with Lanes Ancho rub. 1 with Bone Suckin sauce seasoning rub. All 4 racks turned out great. Smoked with cherry wood. Did 3 hours smoke , 2 hours wrapped in foil ,and 1 hour smoke to finish.

Wow. They look great. I think ribs and a brisket is the plan this weekend now.

Yeah these ribs turned out great. Will smoke St. Louis cut from Costco after this smoke. Thank you.
 
I like baby backs or loin ribs. I like a lot of meat. I will do St Louis from time to time thou.
