Did some practice runs of ribs for competition turned out great need a little more heat waiting on butts to get done still!

The only thing that would make those better looking is if they were on my table right now. Looking good. It doesn't look like you used as much paprika in your rub as I normally see on ribs. Did you use a rub of your own design?

Did two layers of rub one is mine other is a honey chipotle
