St Louis Ribs! with pics

Finally home for a weekend and its rib time! going traditional 3-2-1 on these. these were a couple of the best looking racks ive picked up in a while. Pulled the membrane and had almost no trimming to do. Here is the rubbed and ready pic. will post up the end product in a few hours.
