Thank you Warren, and thank you for the Likes, I do appreciate them. I love Philly cheesesteaks and for me they've been the highlight of getting the Blackstone Griddle so far. There's just something about the flat top that imparts the flavor I'm looking for in a cheesesteak that was lacking in a fry pan. I'd maybe cook one up once a year before the griddle, now it's twice a week. RAY
