Next time needs more cheese and I think I put to much ice around the burger when covered but it was damn good almost like the real thing

The ice creates steam to keep the cheese bun and burger perfect

Thanks Al they are so good. My friend actually showed them to me he lives in Sacramento. Been meaning to try ever since and I am glad I did.

Now I have an exuse to buy the camp chef flat top I have been eyeing

I think the ice just makes it easier through a couple on each side and put the cover on.. I used crushed ice and it worked out well

When i was frying pucks at the fair one year, i tossed a bit of water on the grill and lidded a moldy puck to melt it.
The other staff were amazed at how fast i got the cheese to melt.
They had been cooking theheck out the burgers to grmet the melt.
Most other booths were just laying the slice on the bun.
Because of our melted cheese, we outsold every other booth.
We could make a moldy puck in under 1 minute!

Like like!! This I have to try..... awesome
