Yes, the regulators are different than a propane regulator. Your neighbor probably had a Ducane grill. They are no longer in business but we still have parts for them. Customers hold on to them until they are literally falling apart.

My Brother has a Natural Gas Grill.
I wish I could, but I have to buy Propane, because no Natural Gas out here in the sticks.
One of the disadvantages of living in the Boonies.

True, but the problem with a Classified Ad Forum on a world wide web sight is that if you don't live in the same city as the posted item, all you can do is wish you did.

Got the bug to upgrade so up for sale is my MAK 2 Star (2014). In very good shape. Comes with original flame zone + covers, a solid replacement grease pan (which I use exclusively), full upper grate accessory, grill cover, spare replacement ignitor AND installed WIFI Control. Local pickup only (westside of Indianapolis). Asking $1750

**** Reduced to $1650 **** OR $1400 w/o WiFi control

Wish I lived in Indianapolis.

Good luck,

John

Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Oh Boy!
Home Depot! Orange apron!
What did I win?

I took a job with Walmart after retiring. They hired me to run the floor washer.
But when I got there, they put me on a dust mop.
After 4 nights, I quit.
Their manager told me it cost $2500 to hire me.
Tough chit. You breached why I was hired. Running a floor machine is a lot different than pushing a dust mop.
A dollar over Minimum wage just did not excite me.
I'd rather bug folks on the Internet. :p

I like my Gas Grill (Char Broil). It was Propane but I used the supplied jets and changed it to Natural Gas tapped off the pool heaters gas supply.

Natural gas is only a half mile from my house. VT. gas won't bring into my neighborhood unless everyone signs up for it. Problem there is half our development is on oil and the other half is gas. So no chance of NG. HD is my type of store. Everything I need q'ing and home projects are available and the folks are friendly. Unlike the other one.

Bummer Chris.
I was surprised the guy we bought this house from had his Barby set up on the side away from where the NG riser was, and he was buying propane. :confused:o_O
Made no sense to me.
I have 2 HD's and 2 Lowe's and 3 Wallyworlds close by.
But I had to drive to the furthest one to get my last bag of pellets. Go figure.
