i just smoked my first spatchcock yesterday used a simple chicken rub and soaked in brine for 4 hrs then smoked for 4 hrs tasty tender spatchcock is a small bird half the size of a chicken the time was for 3 birds theres a picture in my profile

yes they taste like chickens but just a little gamer if thats the right word but they are good eating i think alot better than chicken
