Nothing fancy, just a CharGriller Smokin Pro I haven't modded it yet. I can't wait to try Dutch's baked beans!

With you being in the south as well, they are Smithfield Spareribs. On sale at Harris Teeter for $1.97/lb each was about $9 so I got plenty of good eats!
