spare-ribs smoked for about 5 hours. Finished up on the Weber kettle.

Decided to do chicken thighs too! Hey, it was a long week last week. Gotta make up for it.

Thanks everyone. Mac n cheese turned out awesome. Just the basic recipe. Put it on the smoker just to add the smoke.
