Hello All. Just joined up yesterday. I’m a Newbie here but been smokin for years. Most of my time was on a large BGE. Loved it and spent many an hour and had lots of fun with it. Just moved into a townhouse with no room for my Egg. Sold it and found the new love of my life, a Smokin Tex 1400. An electric smoker with a precise temperature controller. No more guessing, just plug and play. It takes about ½ cup of your fav wood chips, lock and load it, probe your meat and sleep well all night while your 12 hour smoke is happening.
