My name is Justin.  I am from South Texas.  25 years of age. 

Just got my tank yesterday and am researching to start build a RF smoker.  

My best skill is smoking pork ribs.  The current pit is way too small to cook brisket.

Yes sir.  I am very eager to get started.  After the George Strait concert this weekend, it will be at full throttle.
