My name is Ryan and I live in Fort Mill,SC. Been smoking for about 12 years with a short and somewhat successful competitive tenure in the South Carolina Barbecue Association (SCBA).

Recently bought a Oklahoma Joe Combo unit and looking for information on how to mod it for that near competition quality cue.
