Sourdough Makers Mark/Cherries

Had to try it. Used some of my almost gone makers before I opened my private bottle.

I reduced the water to 300g and added 50g of makers. I didn't know how it would turn out but im happy with the result.

Got me curious, what does the bourbon do for the bread flavor? Love bourbon but never heard of it for bread before.

Just kidding, Makers doesn't sit around my place very long. That distillery tour is great, but they are kind of in the middle of nowhere.

I was in Bowling Green for a Corvette Z06 get-together.
Had a group of Corvettes go to it. Nice drive in a Corvette.

Small world. I am going to Bowling Green next April for a wedding. It would more fun in a Corvette. I, myself, am a Challenger guy.

Had a buddy in High school that had a '71 340 Four Barrel rootbeer brown with a white convertible top . I was into Fords , but loved that car .
