Sourdough Discard Granola Crunch

Sourdough discard granola crunch.
I used the following.
50g discard
20g honey
10g coconut oil
6g vanilla extract
125g oats
40g mixed sunflower/pumpkin seed mix
40g dried cranberrys
2g cinnamon
1g nutmeg
1g mace
2.5g non iodized salt
Mix the discard with the oil, mix until well incorporated, mix in the dry to this then mix with the oats and other ingredients.
Press onto the parchment and bake at 320 for 20 mins, watch so the honey dont burn (like I almost did)
Cool and break apart. Store in a container with a lid.
You can add whatever you like to this.

Mighty nice looking indeed! i wonder if it would lend itself to a dehydrator? We've been making Grape-Nuts bars in the dehydrator lately and they're quite tasty. Most of our sourdough discard ends up as crumpets, but always looking for new uses.
