So much cheaper than meat right now.

Made a small loaf for neighbor.

Over night proof went great.

475* For 30 mins with lid on, then lid off for 15 mins. Bread IT is 210*

You need to make a starter first.
60g unbleached all purpose flour
60g whole wheat.
Total flour weight 120g
Filtered water (non chlorinated)
120g

Mix all together, cover lightly and put in warm place for 7-14 days. You will need to feed 2x daily...Just google the process.....many many ways out there.
