about 2 weeks ago i did a pork butt for my first smoke of the year after a long cold snowy winter. unfortunately, family emergency came up (all is good now) and had to respond to a big warehouse fire yesterday, but Finally here are the pics. It was about 8lb and took around 11 hours to cook, and rested about 2 hours. Didnt take as many pics as i wanted, but here they are.

Youre welcome! Came out great, was gone in 24 hours. Family and friends loved it, esp with my homemade bbq sauce
