Hi all! I'm excited to finally be joining a BBQ/Smoker group! I am a charcoal/wood BBQ'er on a weber. I haven't really smoked with it, but I have done pizza and it's great!  I am currently building a pair of smokers from an old propane tank. A friend of mine showed me this site and the Italian smoker design, which I find very nice! I figure I will be able to share my build up and experiences here and also look for ideas, and help. Thanks all!  -Matt

I know I will need some help looking for parts for my build. Thermometers... handles.... etc.  Thanks!

Welcome to SMF Matt. Good luck with your build.

Hi Matt and welcome!  Glad you joined our group.  Good luck with you're build project, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will likely have the answer.
