Catching up in some cooks before I go hit the woods until dark. Did some BBQ chicken thighs, which didn't all get eaten, so a couple days after, I threw them on the leftover a tron (Blackstone) with some rice and onions. Then put queso, guac and shredded mozzarella with it in the wraps!
The last few pics are just more chicken quesodillas made a couple days later. Love my griddle, great way to rejuvenate left overs when not cooking new creations!

They look like a really amped up quesadilla but outstanding!! Very nice and you can bet I'd be all over a plate full of those!!
