WOW!! Looks amazing. What time is dinner?? :-) Maybe i'm just a slow learner but it sure seems that the Santa Maria grills are really taking off in popularity. I'd never really paid attention till @SmokinAl posted about his attachment for the WSM. That's what set the bait for me. I knew I'd HAVE to get one after reading his post now it see+s as though I'm seeing more and more of them being posted. No question, it's a great way to grill!!
