Pork ribs are what I think my next cook will be.

Why new grates? Didn't like the CI grates that came with the MGF560?
No the split grates were a pain in the ass with my 7 pound short ribs. I shoulda done for this cook but u gotta pound a couple stubs out and didn't feel like fkin with it.
 
Got thrown off at the end of the cook when I ran outta fuel..I was gaming and thankfully checked on the app and noticed a drop in temp. Took a bit to put fuel in it and get it back up from an empty chute. I think they were 187 when I pulled em.
