I did two shoulders this weekend for pulled pork, and of course I threw in a fatty. This time I tried stuffing it with roasted garlic, raw onions, and cheese. That for me was a winning combo! Although I needed to use more garlic, (never enough right?) when you got a bite with a good chunk of garlic in it the flavor compliment was supurb! For you garlic lovers out there that is a must. Hope you enjoy the pics.

man after my own heart... enough garlic to make yer eyes burn is only 1/4 enough to keep the texas skeeters away..ha ve ya ever smokedyer own garlic yet & made the paste... "mom"(debi) taught me that & i'll never go back to powder/shaved/minced..etc....all the years i been smoking & i never thought. soak it over night in a good beer & evoo then smoke it for a while & scrape out the cloves... awesome stuff.

Man, I can smell it all from here... Great job, thanks for sharing!

I was wondering about that. Do you soak/smoke the whole clove or peel it first? Thanks for the tip!

Are the pics really too big Debi? I can easily make them smaller, just not sure if you were serious or not.

Thanks for all the kind compliments. I owe it all to all of you!
