Some of my January smokes

I haven't been posting a lot of my smokes this month so I thought I would share a some.
Brisket I smoked for the new year.


Smoked some turkey breasts for turkey and waffles




Apple pie


Baby back ribs


5lb smoked meat loaf


And of course I'm always doing chicken.

The wife is making some homemade chicken noodle soup this afternoon. Got a vacuum seal pack of smoked chicken out of the freezer this morning.

  That would be near State College?? I spend a lot of time in and around Lancaster, Inter Course, Leola, Bird in Hand and Gap I'm from eastern shore Md about 1 1/2 hr from this area I drive some Amish around.

Last day of the month...the wife made home chicken noodle soup. From some smoked chicken I had froze and vacuum sealed.
