Was walking around agri supply yesterday. Picked up this cutting board for 29.99..... its big.....  went to wally world and picked up this mr coffee maker grinder... Ground some peppercorns.... it worked  pretty well.... noisy though.....

lol... yeah I have a basic no frills coffee grinder I use for spices, and when I do a load of peppercorn it makes the kids and dogs jump out of their skins.
 
Good looking board!

I used to have a grinder like that, but it always made such different size particles.

If I wanted coarse ground pepper it would do some of it coarse, but some would be like sand.

So I bought an electric burr grinder. If has 20 settings from coarse to fine and they are pretty uniform.

It wasn't that expensive, probably around $30.

I used one similar to that for about a year. Smoked it about a month ago....It worked good for what i put it through but I'll be looking for a burr grinder like Al mentioned. I have a hand crank one that i use but I'm lazy and want electric
