smoking some ribs for the night shift today at the hospital,
first ones here are the 3-2-1
pretty tender here, easier to cut with those bones out.
these two had just alittle chew to them and some small pieces got up and walked away:-)
and then 2 loins for the kitchen ladies, i think there making samies out of it
