Hello everyone'

The name is Tim, I like to think i'm an intermediate smoker. I just got a Traeger Elite 20 the other day.

Until now I've been using a brinkman smoking pit.

I lived in Oklahoma for a few years and got hooked on BBQ.  I now live in Minnesota, so I do alot of garage cooking.

I only found this forum a coupke days ago and have already learned alot about what I've done wrong or what works better.

I look forward to learning more from your experiences.
