Well I had the urge for chili and urges well, they shouldn't be denied now should they?

I used Jeff's great Chili Verde recipe which you can find as a sticky under Side Items but I substituted about 4+ lbs of pulled pork for the brisket.

MMM it's smelling great already. Thanks Jeff!

Looks good there Ron!

Did you find fresh Tomatillo's or did you have to use canned?

Yum. back from the ba...err store with fresh tomitillos and yellow Hungarian hots. Gads, that looks good!

Neither. No fresh tomatillos around here without a long trip to a latin food market. No canned ones either. Had to make do with some salsa verde which was mostly tomatillos anyway.

Ron, you've hit a main artery with that chili, nothing like some some spicy pork mix for me!

That looks good, Ron. I finished off my chili verde today. We have fresh tomatillos here year round. The only thing I can't find here is the green chili powder. That is kinda funny, eh.

Sounds good although, I don't know about the just "one" beer part!
