Time for couple more jars of water glassing some. Try to get the pointy side down as much as possible.

We have 3 ladies that typically provide 2 eggs/day, and this spring we added 4 girls to the flock and recently started getting 4 eggs/day.

I still pay attention to these posts , but I am not in the same ‘fresh egg’ league. Strong work.

Farm where I bought eggs puts them out unrefrigerated for those who water glass them. I don't know th process, what's it do?

I've never done it but used to have a great aunt and uncle who always did. My understanding is it's basically submerging fresh eggs in a pickling lime solution and makes them shelf stable for a long time. They used to give them to family all the time on the condition they got the jars back lol.
I was young at the time but I don't remember them tasting different at all.
I'm sure BGKYSmoker will give the details on how it works. Cool stuff!

Glad your still getting lots of eggs ours have slowed way down with these high temps

Its pretty simple from days gone by.
My father growing up in OK told me that they didnt have electric or a cooler so his mom would submerge meat into a wooden barrel of lard. That was all the meat when they got it, beef, pork, chicken, rabbit, venison. They didnt have a huge house with 8 kids so space was only room for 1 barrel.

Yeah they are butt bombers for sure.
I'm still leaning with the fermented scratch I feed em. And I started mixing calcium with the lay mash.
