Sorry I haven't posted these sooner, but this was for opening weekend of college football. I cooked all night, set up the tv outside, and invited the neighborhood.

Not pictured were my "Alabama White Sauce" Slaw and my Potato Salad. I'm guessing around 40 people made their way over to the house. Some stayed all day while others did more of a drive by eating....

Overall it was a great time....We ate, had some drinks, kids played and we watched football...Everything that a BBQ should be.
 
Great demonstration on what BBQ should be. Food looks great. Like to you since I don't see points anymore.

Bleu Cheese Macaroni



Ingredients

· 2 cups uncooked elbow pasta

· 2 TBS butter

· 1 tsp salt

· ½ tsp black pepper

· ½ cup sliced green bell pepper

· ½ cup sliced red bell pepper

· ¾ cup heavy cream

· 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

· ½ cup plain yogurt

· 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

· ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat combine butter, salt, pepper and bell peppers. Simmer until heated through. Stir in cream, flour, yogurt, blue cheese and Parmesan cheese.

3. Stir cooked macaroni into cheese mixture and serve hot.
