Hey Everyone,
I’m Doug and I live in Central NJ (fist pump). I started off with a Weber Smokey Mountain about 12 years ago and changed tactics to a Yoder YS640 in 2016. I use it 20-30 times per year and enjoy cooking for my family and large groups of friends who all look forward to my invitations. I love trying new things out but have made Ribs, Brisket and Boston Butt my staples and I’m looking forward to sharing my recipes with you guys. I can’t believe the wealth of knowledge that I have stumbled upon here and it just has my head spinning as to what my next dish will be? I also am a big Sous Vide nut as of 6 months ago and I’m looking forward to marrying the two techniques this year and trying a new things out. Looking forward to learning and sharing with the group.

Welcome to the group. You will find so many great people on here that have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to share

Good chance you're going to be doing things that you never even thought of before .
Welcome .

Welcome, I m hooked on this website. So much fantastic info, and some really good discussions with people that are experts, or very close to experts. Great recipes, and information on how to make darn near anything on a smoker, and make the smoker itself. Welcome aboard.

Welcome to the board! Glad to see you're enjoying some exploration. One fun thing about this place is how you can see so many people approach smoking/grilling with so many different kinds of rigs, including a lot of DIY builds.

Good Morning and Welcome from a Sunny and Cold East Texas
