So Char-broil called me today to discuss my OKJ disgust.

First of all this complaint goes back 7 MONTHS. And they are finally contacting me back. I told them I no long have the unit and I explained why. He then said I would not be able to get a cooker out of the box that would be nearly as good in quality and value. I said oh really I like this idea. My idea was to take two cookers and assemble them without mods and work them out of the box. One would be a 26 Weber Kettle and the other their Highland OKJ. I said will assemble both and will inspect such things as lids fitting, smoke leaking, efficient burning, and he hung up. Punks!!!
