Snow Water Sourdough Starter

So it's been snowing for a few hours so it's experiment time. Hope all the yuk and pcb's, are out of the air now for some snow water and a new starter.

The snow was melted and I filtered the snow water 3 times, boiled and cooled it. So went with 50g of the snow water, 50g active starter and 50g AP....Lets see where it goes...

I really didnt notice much a diff from filtered water. I used it all.
