SNF Smoked Chicken

Nice little 3 hr smoke at 275° for some smoked chicken using hickory chunks to eat while watching Sunday Night Football. No rub. Bbq beans served with it but no pic.

Absolutely delicious and I’m just stuffed.

nice and crispy. Higher temps in the pit make it crispy. (275-325°) the higher end of that spectrum the better.

Lower temps make it soft and the meat kinda rubbery.
