Took a second to get a peek at my first rib and ABT smoke. Seems to be going nicely hovering between 220-230.

Looks real good. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Looks very good! Those ABT's are making my mouth water. Looks like those would be awesome with some cold beers!

Couldn't wait any longer. Had to try one of those ABT's. WOW! I can't believe what I've been missing. I'm addicted after one.

Looks good. Your addictions will only get worse (or should I say better) hanging around here.

I completely agree. I go to the store sometimes just to look for something to smoke. I have been smoking so much lately that I have to give some of whatever I make away so it wont go bad!!!

I just found this site a couple days ago. I've seen a lot of references to fatties, but still don't know what they are yet. I'm just getting addicted...er... I mean started with this stuff.

A chub of your fav. sausage rolled out and filled with whatever you want then rolled back up and smoked to @ 160-165*. Jimmy Dean is a favorite among most but I have not found a bad fatty yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you try it will almost always be in the smoker. Leftovers are great for eag sammies the next A.M. if you can manage to save any!!!!!!!!!

I've never heard of ABTs before this. Will someone please share a recipe with me. I've got to try those.
