Snack Day

Decided to do snack day around here with the kids and grand kids then then the daughter is gonna grill steaks for dinner.

Got it going already

These were a 1 lb chub of Jimmy Dean regular sausage mixed with 1.5 lbs of Ground Chuck with a cube of Cheddar Cheese inside then wrapped in a slice of bacon then rub applied

Next up was ABT's these were cut boat style then filled with a mix of Cream Cheese mixed with Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese then topped with a Lil Smokie Cocktail Sausage finally wrapped with a 1/2 slice of Thin Bacon

Next up was my 1st attempt at Pig Candy

We'll see how she does with the Steaks, French Frys, and Corn on the Cob

Everything look fabulous there Jerry. I like the moink balls (or I forgot what Jeff calls them) alot and how did the candy come out. You have to let the daughter grill sometimes and she has kept Jimmy healthy too. So she has to be doing something right or what you taught her.

All of that looks great, Jerry. Glad to see the family was around to celebrate Fathers' Day. Those lil' cheese stuffed meatballs are DELICIOUS!

Pretty good day we snacked and played in the pool most of the day. Nice and relaxing

Looks absolutely delicious, I've got a curry in the oven now and I just don't fancy it anymore after seeing that, I need some smoke in my meat!

Dan it was pretty good that was my first attempt at it and I should have let it go a little longer
