Hi everyone. I am new to this forum. I bought a little Tex elite. I am going to smoke a brisket and then a friend told me he has a thawed Turkey and was wondering if I could smoke that also. I am sure I can but I'm not sure how to get smoke flavor into the Turkey without compromising the brisket. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

to SMF!

Glad to have you aboard!

Just put both in the smoker, no problem.

A full smoker is a happy smoker!

Welcome to SMF!  I agree with Al and say put them both in the smoker.  Poultry is a smoke sponge, the turkey will have flavor.

I almost always am smoking a few different things, and having different meats doesn't affect the other
