smoking time for ABT's

How long do y'all cook your ABT's? I'll be smoking them with my tri-tip at about 225*

I would say about an hour and a half. You will be able to tell by when the bacon is done to your preference.

I've done mine for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. The longer time seems to take the bite out of the pepper.
