I almost always do spares when I do ribs. Sometimes I wrap them for the "2", and sometimes i don't. Usually I do though. I have never had bad spare ribs. I put smoke in there the whole time, because I have something else in there too.
Well?..........must be they could smell the Kraut through the phone and thought better of calling back.
