My wife and I just returned from Oahu, not our first time to the islands and not out last.

I prefer Kauai myself.

I'm thinking that. Or Hanauma bay. I spent every chance I could there while in the service for 4 years on the island.

I know there are thousands of miles of beachfront areas, but it's nice to see you can still take the same gear that I can haul to a lake, river or forest in the high lonesome, and have a good time.

It is one of the best ones for snorkeling. Great beach too.

It was a beach close to the north shore on Oahu and my Weber 18 kettle performed better than my wsm

It is both. Fish are use to people so you can get pretty close.

Yes it's one of the best snorkeling spot & for dolphin watching in Hawaii, I have recently visited here..
