Smoking newbie

Just got a Masterbuilt smoker for an early Father's Day gift. Seasoned it yesterday and trying my first attempt at smoking. Rack of ribs, some chicken breasts, sausage, potatoes and a green pepper. What the hell, see how it all comes out. Lol

Sausage and chicken came out really good. Potatoes coulda used a little more time. Gotta work out my timing a little better so it all is done around the same time. Wasn't impressed with the pepper, gotta look at some recipes and techniques on veggies. Ribs look awesome. Haven't had them yet. They will be lunch tomorrow at work. Can't wait till my next smoke.
