Smoking meat in Wisconsin!

I new to this type of thing...
My cookers are brinkmann offset, little Chief , smoke vault 24, weber 22 and brinkmann gas grill , I mostly smoke pork , tonight was pork butt , Friday was baby backs ,
I'm happy that there are others that share my outdoor cooking addiction...
