Happy Football Sunday................hope you all got your "smoke" one today!

Smoked a big batch of chicken yesterday for my sister and her grandbabies.  Was a fun day for all.  I took lots of pics of my smoking process and a few pics half way thru smoking.....after that everything was a blur LOL.  Here's my Bird-Qview! Enjoy the rest of your weekend everybody.

pics halfway thru smoking - getting ready to wrap and continue smoking until done

I made myself a couple of boneless Pork Loin Chops also.  Had one with breakfast this morning with one egg and some homemade hash browns

thanks Nptwnsmkr.  I like the idea of wrapping pig with more pig LOL.  I just happen to have some Applewood bacon and two more loin chops in the freezer. This weekend those chops will be on the smoker for sure!  Thanks for the idea.

I just love smoked chicken. The only thing that makes it better is football!
